To change your password, follow these easy steps:

 - After signing, check for password column at the right and click it.

 - Enter your new password and confirm it by re-entering it.

Q . How do I change my billing address ?

To change your billing address:

 - Sign in to your Homestyleuae.com account.


- After signing, check for Address Book column at the right and click it. - Click on the Add a New Address beside your current address. - Make you changes and save your new billing address.

  

Q . When will I receive my order?

Orders placed between Saturday to Thursday will be delivered in 3- 5 business days. We will also call you to schedule a delivery that is convenient for you.

  

Q . Do you deliver to countries outside UAE?

We’re sorry, at present we only delivery to addresses within the UAE

  

Q . How can I pay for my order?

At present, we accept only cash on delivery orders

  

Q . How do I Return my order and what is your Return Policy?

Click here to read our Return Policy, If for some reason you need to return an item to Homestyle, Please Email us the details of your item* which you want it to be returned or call us at 600 566 114 and we will guide you on the process of return.

 

*However, items like Towel, Bed Sheets, Pillow Covers and Mattresses will not be eligible for return due to hygienic reasons

  

Q . Will you still accept a return if I have discarded the packaging ?

- No, Your item should be in an original condition to be eligible for the return

Yes we provide free delivery on all orders above AED 2000 and above

Our online prices are usually the same as our in -store prices, However, we do occasionally run exclusive online or in-store promotions that may result in price differences .

If you don’t require assembling for your furniture item:
-At the time of checking out, Please check the comments section
-Write down your comment as you don’t require assembling
